Special Feature highlight points of machine:

1. The base structure is widely spaced with sufficient slopes for easy flow of chips which are produced during cutting. With this easy loading & unloading of component is ensured.

2. Head Stock made out of closed grain FG 300 casting is provided with fins for better heat dissipation. The main Spindle is a match pair of three super precision angular contact bearings in front and a match pair of two super precision angular contact bearings at the rear.

3. All structural parts like Carriage Headstock, Tailstock, Cross Slide are of heavily ribbed with high grade cast iron material for high rigidity & better dampening with[ twice stress relieved process.

4. The carriage is widely spanned with 45 degree slant angle for efficient chip disposal & higher rigidity, Ball Screw mounting bracket is part of casting and machined including boring operation to get more rigid to carry heavy cutting load with good finish of parts.

5. Large size L.M Guideways size 35,45 Make Hiwin / PMI with Widely spaced guide way for better rigidity of carriage during heavy cutting, which gives good finish at minimum cycle time.

6. Ball-screws are of fixed type with set of 4 & 3 numbers of high precision ball screw support brg to take care the better positioning & repeatability. Drive end ball-screw support housing is integrated with structure for high rigidity ball screw widely are directly coupled with axes motor using flexible coupling Miki Pulley make for backlash free & rigid drive.

7. Poly v belt drive for headstock for positive & smooth noise less drive which ensures heavy cutting.With large precision angular contact ball bearings for taking heavy cutting load during machining operation.

8. Centralized oil lubrication system provided for L.M Guide & Ball-screw.

9. With dia 70 / 80 mm quill & widely spaced Tailstock for better rigidity & supports the component during heavy cutting.

10. Hydraulic, Lubrication & Electrical wirings lay out with wide space for easy and user friendly maintenance.

11. The lubrication & hydraulic pipes with are well protected from chips & coolant for long life

12. Total machine enclosed guards are painted with in-house 7 tank process and powder coated for long life of product. Electrical cabinet with panel cooler [A.C.Unit]
